SEA FREIGHTS CANCELATION, RETURNS, AND REFUND
This service is done according to customers' approval, and hence cancelation and refund become applicable with the following:

100 % refund if canceled within the first 24 hours of reserving.

75 % refund if canceled after the first 24hrs upon the point of the first purchase for packing.
Returns are not accommodated with this service as this is done by sea and takes typically 4-6 weeks for delivery to customers. Customers are urged to make the correct item selections for purchase, which will be confirmed before packing and shipping.

To return an item, please email us at homemadeinja@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from receiving your item to process your return. Depending on your company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
