Please be informed that we are an e-commerce entity that operates out of the United States of America; hence, all orders placed on our website are serviced, packed, and shipped from the US.
Shipment Processing Time (Sea Freight)
This service shipping depends on the customer; once he/she has completely paid the invoice, the items will be purchased, packaged, and shipped within the next five business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
Shipment Processing Time (Air Freight)
This service shipping also depends on the time frame in which an invoice is paid in full. Once paid and a personal shopper has received orders, they will be re-packaged and mailed off to the logistic company specified by the customer the following business day. Please be advised that this is one through the United States Postal Service and can take up to 5 business days to be delivered to the logistic company.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for each service are different, while sea freight comes with a fixed rate, air freight is dependent on the weight and size of the package. An estimated rate for the air freight service would be reflected on the estimate prepared for approval from the customer before proceeding.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking:
Once the shipment has been picked up or mailed off, an email containing a scanned copy of the shipment receipt and tracking numbers where applicable will be sent. However, tracking for sea freight is different and we recommend contacting the logistic company by phone or in person for tracking updates.
Once the order has shipped, shipping rates are NON-REFUNDABLE
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Home Made In Ja LLC is not liable for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Home Made In Ja LLC is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. Don't hesitate to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your damaged order.
Please save ALL packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
